Current focus is on the deposition of hard carbon and ultra-nano-crystalline diamond (UNCD) films using Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapour Deposition technology. Thin nano-carbon films have already been shown to be excellent candidates for applications within the electronics and medical industries due to its exceptional properties and biocompatibility.

After formation in 2010  has established links with European institutes and industrial partners. Through this cooperation Nano6 s.r.o. has vast experience of developing nano-carbon related applications through national and international research projects.
